It is the fifth time that CARIN has been tested and verified by Cisco as compatible with the then-current versions of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) -- recently with the CUCM version 10.5.
This Interoperability Verification Test (IVT) was one of the first ones that had been carried out in the new cloud-based lab environment for a call recording solution.
The official Cisco Compatible status ensures that customers using CARIN Unified Communications Recording Solution are able to protect their investment and can leverage the full functionality of the CUCM platform in conjuction with the recording system.
