In the epidemiological emergency, it was of key importance for our bank to create the technical conditions for as many of our employees as possible to do their work from home. TC&C Kft., which has been providing us with innovative solutions in the field of telecommunications for several years, carried out the necessary transformation within a few hours of our request. The operation is simple: incoming calls to our colleagues’ desk phones follow them to their homes using their mobile phones. With this solution, we can fulfill our legal obligation, as the recording of each call is provided by TC&C's product, the CARIN voice recording system. This solution made it possible for colleagues who had to record calls to do their work from home.
