CASpro, the professional call accounting system already proved its outstanding qualities for ING, so it was an evident step that ING chose it again for their recently deployed separate Cisco unified communications system.
The subsidiary of ING in Hungary holds one of the highest shares on the insurance market. The newly deployed CASpro will process millions of records of calls per year.
The system was implemented by T-Systems, a strategic partner of TC&C, implementing dozens of successful projects with solutions of TC&C in Hungary.
