Before anyone else, TC&C started recording calls of Cisco Telepresence video conferencing systems.
Technically it was difficult, since the task was to record, store and make retrievable 6+1 audio channels and 6 different FullHD motion pictures simultaneously as independent streams.
The redesigned system of TC&C, that was introduced in 2006 has won the favor of many large Cisco users; for example the second to largest American bank integrated the Hungarian company’s recording technology into its telebanking service called Remote Expert.
